Position Summary
Provides business support for a single department/team or multiple departments/teams or a large line of business, function and/or those with new or familiar products or services. Utilizes established business policies and processes and/or creates new processes, affecting a limited number of stakeholders. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Admin Support Events Inventory Invoicing Reconciliation.
This opportunity is for a Business Support Specialist and will focus on:
Processing daily transactional documents and customer request work while focusing on quality and meeting SLAs. Must be able to work: rotating days and shifts (1st/2nd/3rd), holidays, and required overtime.
Preferred experience & Skills include:
Experience with commercial printing equipment, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office products, able to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to details, customer service, dealing with vendors.

Erie Indemnity Company (Indemnity) is a publicly held Pennsylvania business corporation that has been the managing attorney-in-fact for the subscribers (policyholders) at the Erie Insurance Exchange (Exchange) since 1925. The Exchange is a subscriber-owned Pennsylvania-domiciled reciprocal insurer that writes property and casualty insurance.
Indemnity’s primary function is to perform certain services for the Exchange relating to the sales, underwriting and issuance of policies on behalf of the Exchange.
