Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Lead design activities as part of New Product Introduction (NPI) teams and/or Custom Product Opportunities (CPO) that will include the following:
Design and develop electrical circuits, schematics, bill of materials and associated documentation
Execute root cause analysis
Engineering support on installed base of product across various customers
Provide manufacturing/production support
Develop, design and process failure modes and effects analyses with associated control plans
Develop costs associated with CPO and/or NPI designs
Work with field application engineers to support the product with our customers
Setting up and executing tests in an engineering lab environment
Become an integral member of a dynamic team that delivers innovative solutions to our customers

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering
0-1 years of Electrical Engineering experience post degree
Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks on time and on budget.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with co-workers
Six Sigma training and/or experience applying principles to process improvement and/or product development.
Demonstrated ability to be agile and adaptable as situations warrant
Experience writing firmware for various embedded electronic systems.
Ability to fluently speak and write in the English language
