Job Description Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for operating in lock-step with GE Healthcare functional, regional and technical teams and GE Corporate T&A teams to create a clear strategic direction for time and attendance at GE Healthcare. You will direct the technical team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt for the Kronos Dimensions application. You will also be responsible for monitoring our regional T&A solutions and identify the best strategic solution globally.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Build a long term roadmap for Kronos Dimensions at Healthcare, considering MyTime and other regional T&A tools
* Build and manage inventory of regional T&A solutions that are currenting in use
* Partner closely with regional T&A owners and corporate global ops and DT teams
* Partner closely with regional HR business leaders outside USCAN and India to understand T&A needs and deploy Kronos Dimensions where needed
* Track Kronos release schedule and identify what features GE Healthcare would want to roll out on our cloud base instance
* Manage and prioritize feature/functionality enhancement from end users
* Lead support team through L2 support bug fixes, functionality enhancements, and clock issues
* Engage with the Kronos TAM as necessary to resolve issues on the Kronos platform that our team cannot resolve internally
* Ensure transition of Kronos India implementation support to our Kronos Tech M. support post India go-live and hypercare period
* Utilize tools like Aha!, PPM and LeanIX to build roadmaps and release, prioritize features, manage financials, and track application inventories within the T&A product
* Work with regional owners to resolve security vulnerabilities for regional T&A solutions in a timeline manner
* Mentors junior team members.
* Provide technical leadership to TPMs across organization. Expert in Agile Methodology:Coaches others.

Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree in with 8+ years experience
* Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Familiarity with versatile implementation options
* Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
* Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
* Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
* Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices
* Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team. Balances value propositions for competing stakeholders.
* Demonstrates knowledge of the competitive environment
* Demonstrates knowledge of technologies in the market to help make buy vs build recommendations, scope MVPs, and to drive market timing decisions
