Job Description
What you will do
Gain a deep understanding of the existing system architecture and the business case
Build and develop an extraordinary engineering team that delivers with velocity and quality, while cultivating an engaging and positive environment for everyone on the team to do their best work.
Setting company technical vision and leading company’s technical development
Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services
Support In the build out of application features
Ensuring technology standards and best practices are met
Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align to the business goals
Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests
Studying information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Developing and implementing disaster and emergency recovery plans

What we look for
Developers with experience in coding enterprise grade mobile applications and leading a team.
7+ years’ engineering experience in previous roles such as Senior Software Dev/Team Lead/Director
Deep understanding of distributed cloud architecture
Experience with technology relative to the company: JavaScript(ES6+), Node.JS, PostgreSQL, GCP, Git, React Native, Apollo, GraphQL, Redis, Docker.
Experience with CI tools and Automated Testing
Lead and scale a team of engineers across various functions
Desire and driven to partner in product definition
Forging strong interpersonal relationships with peers, brand leaders and senior leaders within the company
