The Consulting Manager ? Outcomes Delivery will be an integral part of the Outcomes Team and will facilitate all aspects of the assigned projects across local, regional and national initiatives. This individual will work with every level of GE and the client organization to bring their disruptive technologies to life - which will include end to end program management. This individual will work deeply with internal stakeholders, vendor partners and clients to ensure results are delivered.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
?Program Delivery leader of Mural on the Outcomes Software Delivery Team ? part of GE Healthcares disruptive technologies portfolio
?Develop and implement executive level governance structure, while helping to drive meeting structure and discussions
?Consult with clients to implement disruptive technology initiatives that range in scope and complexity from local, regional and national centers of excellence
?Own the post-sale deployment process from a program standpoint ? from implementation efforts through to a fully functioning program
?Drive the project strategy of the engagement as part of the delivery team
?Develop and define the implementation approach based on the pre-sales work and ongoing delivery work
?Leverage LCS portfolio technologies and partner companies to deliver on the Mural strategy
?Promote and engage in timely communication around performance to team members and engagement leaders
?Partner with the USCAN, Academic Accounts, GE Healthcare Partners and LCS teams to deliver world class solutionsQualifications / Requirements:
?Bachelors degree
?3+ years of Project Management experience
?Ability to work when Clinicians are practicing (beyond normal business hours)
?Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the timeDesired Characteristics:
?Advanced degree: MBA, MS, MHA, MPA, or other is desired
?PMP certification
?5+ years of Management/Consulting experience within the Healthcare Industry
?Executive-level communication skills: written, interviewing, persuasion, and presentation
?Experience in delivering complex solutions within a matrixed organization
?Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, TQM, etc.)
?Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment
?Ability to create a goal and lead a horizontal team to deliver on the objective
?Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously
