PACCAR Winch Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of PACCAR, a Fortune 200 company headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. PACCAR Winch Inc located in Oklahoma, specializing in the manufacture of high quality industrial winches, hoists and drives for the oil/gas, construction, utility and specialty markets. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager. This position can be based any where in the United States, from a remote office. Summary:

Outside Sales Manager position responsible for increasing sales, promoting the companys products and services, and building relationships with new and existing accounts. Position requires developing new business, penetrating new accounts and minimizing lost business to achieve sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory. Work with OEMs, dealers and distributors (domestic and international) to promote increased sales, successful marketing and program development.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

* Develops and maintains customer relationships to meet or exceed sales objectives for area of responsibility.
* Investigates and forecasts market potential for current and proposed products, analyzing economic and market data.
* Visits assigned dealers/OEMs to provide assistance in sales, training and dealer/distributor development, and to promote the division's overall marketing program.
* Assists in evaluating need for new dealers/distributors, expansion of existing dealers/distributors, developing potential dealer/distributors candidates.
* Identifies and develops new and improved product application within assigned territory.
* Interface with account engineers, assists in design and integration of new and existing products.
* Contacts major accounts directly in assigned territory and provides assistance in product development and training.
* Stay informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors products, prices and sales report data regularly to management.
* Research customer business needs, evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers based on business needs and goals.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field of study.

Background in hydraulics and power transmission products.

Knowledge of the mobile and construction equipment markets a plus.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Winch technical product knowledge, gained through five + years of closely related experience.

Must be able to travel 50% of time.

Experience and Proven Track Record:

5 or more years direct sales and key account management experience.

* International experience preferred.

3-5 years of Winch or related industry experience.

Proven track record of achieving stated sales targets and goals.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The ability to travel to customer sites is required.
