As the diversity sourcer you will help advance these strategies by building candidate pipelines to support diverse representation at all stages of the hiring process. The strategic corporate sourcing team performs a highly specialized component of the recruitment process. They partner with talent advisors, recruiting managers, and business partners to execute the most effective and innovative sourcing strategies. Identifying, engaging, and converting talent for current and future openings is central to this role. Data analysis and communication of talent insights drive strategy. Understanding and selling BOK Financials’ value proposition optimizes the candidate journey.

The diversity sourcer designs, develops and implements strategic sourcing strategies focused on diversity and inclusion to build diverse talent networks.
Building and nurturing relationships with diverse organizations and strategic partners is central to this role.
They optimize internal partner relationships to assist with the successful implementation of diversity strategies and drive a culture of inclusion.
The diversity sourcer looks for talent everywhere and not just for those with convenient social profiles. They are masters of the organization's culture and with this crucial sourcing intelligence they effectively convert passive candidates.
They possess a deep understanding of the competitive talent marketplace and advise on diverse sourcing strategies that will strengthen the organization's capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business needs.
The sourcer is regularly performing analysis of diverse talent availability by job market and family. They must understand KPI's and SLA’s and be able to measure conversion rates and sourcing effectiveness.
They participate in workforce planning sessions with talent advisors, recruiting managers, and business partners to identify hiring needs, define the right talent profiles, and agree on the attraction strategy.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will create innovative sourcing strategies leveraging your knowledge of diverse organizations, platforms, and networks, to attract and engage underrepresented talent.
You will create and maintain candidate pools of diverse and qualified talent through frequent contact and targeted marketing campaigns.
You will identify key behaviors and technical proficiencies that drive success to develop a proactive recruitment strategy and build efficiencies in the sourcing process.
You will identify qualified candidates and seek out new talent using various sourcing techniques such as name generation, prospecting, networking with new hires, managing talent communities within the banks’ ATS and excel databases, alumni networking, Boolean searching, social sourcing, AI, and the regular use of recruitment technology tools.
You will partner with talent attraction and corporate communications to develop social media strategies to reach diverse audiences that support talent identification and increase awareness with candidates, customers, partners, and employees.
You will research best in class outreach practices to reach diverse candidates and target new talent sourcing channels, continually working to uncover new hidden talent pools and improve on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in many venues.
In partnership with talent advisors and recruiting managers, you will track diversity sourcing strategies, outcomes, best practices and the strength of our diverse talent pipelines.
You will apply a consultancy approach, effectively leveraging and collaborating with key stakeholders. Success in this area includes managing expectations and anticipating needs before they arise.
We'd Like to Talk to You
AIRS CDR or other professional diversity certification required
A minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and delivering diverse recruiting strategies
Extensive experience developing talent pipelines through sourcing passive candidates, utilizing data mining, cold calling, relationship building, complex internet searches, and social attraction
Experienced in full lifecycle recruiting in an agency environment or corporate organization with matrixed management
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances and personal styles
Strong ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify actionable insights to build compelling stories to influence the business
Must be curious, creative and resourceful
Ability to engage, influence, negotiate and partner
Must be organized, thorough, detail-oriented and structured
Polished interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Advanced proficiency with MS office suite, in particular, Excel
Proficiency with ATS’s and CRM’s as well as other recruiting technology tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Entelo and other niche sites
Capacity to quickly learn systems, process and procedures
Familiar with recruiting AI tools
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience direct hire recruiting, sourcing or corporate sourcing in a corporate or agency environment or 10 + years of relevant experience.
