We currently have an opening and are seeking candidates for the Provider Enrollment Specialist II in our Plantation, FL office.
The Provider Enrollment Specialist II will support the division in facilitating the enrollment of the providers with the various government healthcare payors and third-party billing entities that require provider enrollment. They may be expected to assist in special projects depending on their division.
Responsibilities
Prepare applications for all new providers for up to 18 divisional contracts.
Submit applications to Payors.
Track and follow up to obtain provider numbers.
Work with Billing Company for applications and system updates.
Build relationship with divisional payors to facilitate enrollment.
Maintain and work reports of non-compliant providers and held A/R.
Build knowledge base for payor requirements and forms.
Develop working knowledge of payor policies for multiple states.
Assist other Enrollment Specialists with questions regarding enrollment applications.
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
2 years of previous enrollment and billing expertise.
Government healthcare payor experience preferred.
Computer Skills
