Key Responsibilities

* Manage PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) Sector DSD Advanced Planning Team consisting of 7 AP Sr Planners to drive our Cost and Service Agenda.
* Ensure AP Team properly executes weekly our 16-week rough-cut manufacturing planning and production scheduling for all PBNA DSD Production Facilities.

* Support and drive PBNA DSD innovation agenda through successful launches of new products and packaging

* Drive best practice improvement across business process, analytics, planning tool optimization, and cross functional communications.

* Develop the capability and careers of all direct reports through PepsiCos PMP Process and Tools.

* Partner with key functions (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transport, MRP, Integration, Demand, Advanced Planning, and Strat Team) to ensure aligned priorities, continuous improvement, and drive a balanced SCP Scorecard
* Deliver %OOS, OOD, OON, and Cash Flow targets for PBNA Sector DSD Supply Chain

Qualifications/Requirements

* 6+ years Supply Chain Planning or Manufacturing Experience
* Undergraduate Degree Preferred
* Demonstrated leadership with managing teams in complex fast pace environments
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
