As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with different technical teams to define wireless and network features, help drive external infrastructure vendors and carriers to full feature realization!
You will analyze system requirements (including but not limited to link level, radio procedures, application level performance) based on wireless standards and product requirements and set system performance targets for wireless products.
You will also have the opportunity to define innovations and technical contributions in different areas of the cellular protocol (L1/L2/L3), network architecture. The chance to create an impact is tremendous! In addition, you will develop models of overall system and network performance and evaluate performance and critical metrics tradeoffs to optimize the overall system and network architecture.
You will have proven track record to optimally lead technical initiatives across a functional organization.
As part of the team, you will help develop detailed system performance models and you will help drive multi-functional tasks related to product performance optimization. Most importantly, you will be part of building intellectual property and participating in industry/academic research projects as well as contributing to future 3GPP work items.
