This position provides broad and varied administrative support to the financial representatives. The Lead Office Professional reports to and is employed by the Financial Professionals.

Job Description
Position Roles / Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Office Support
* Greet clients and provide other receptionist functions.
* Schedule appointments.
* Prioritize and distribute incoming mail and e-mail.
* Coordinate financial representatives calendars.
* Basic accounting/bookkeeping.
* General office duties, as needed (such as preparing and sending faxes, making copies, preparing coffee and ordering kitchen supplies, maintaining reception area and conference rooms, etc.).
* Other duties/errands as assigned.
Client File Management
* File statements and correspondence.
* Manage client file information by entering updates and creating new files in the Client Data System.
* Update brochures and other documents, order forms and supplies, and shred documents.
* Maintain mailing lists.
* Contact churches to update membership lists.
Computer Support
* Data entry, including regular software updates, completing address changes and backup.
* Prepare labels for mailings and client files.
* Prepare and printing reports.
* Order statements and access other member information.
Marketing and Member Services
* Coordinate direct-mail program.
* Coordinate seminars and meetings.
* Provide support for chapter fraternal activities, as needed.
* Print and mail cover letters and client correspondence.
* Assist with follow-up telephone calls.
* Telephone prospects.
Position Qualifications
Prior experience in office administration helpful
Proficient in appropriate software packages (Word, Excel)
Experience in database management helpful
Demonstrated organization, communication and teamwork skills
Demonstrated telephone and customer relations skills
Demonstrated ability in business writing, spelling and grammar skills
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks or projects
