As a Quality Assurance Engineer on the Search Team, you will join a team of engineers and product owners to envision and deliver the best-in-class search platform. This role will be involved in developing and executing test plans for new and existing features, troubleshooting and verifying fixes for production support issues, and running automation and performance tests.
Qualifications:
3+ years of software engineering experience
1+ years of automated testing experience
Experience testing API/Backend services
Experience with Retail or ecommerce preferred
Experience with Search a plus
Experience with test data management at scale a plus
Experience with Selenium a plus
Experience with performance and/or security testing a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience working in a distributed/cloud-based environment (AWS preferred) with high transaction volumes
Proficient with DevOps, modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing, and automated integration tests
Working knowledge of Scrum and agile principles
Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (Equivalent combination of education and professional experience in lieu of a degree)
