JOB DUTIES:

Responsibilities: 
• Track and maintain all commercial data in our Kautex systems SAP/Excel/PLM (centralized lifecycle management)/Up2Go (sales planning data)
• Provide the customer with the necessary information in an efficient and professional manner
• Continuous offer/order tracking
• Maintaining customer demands in SAP (creating single orders for pre-production parts and maintaining delivery schedules for serial production)
• Invoicing
• Tracking of piece prices and of overdue invoices; follow up and adjusting customer information in SAP according to current P.O.
• Processing of EDI workflow and follow-up with logistics and PM for new releases etc.
• Master data maintenance in SAP
• Check customer purchase orders and escalate in case of deviations compared to Kautex offer
• Maintain and ensure a proper filing in accordance with Kautex rules
