We are Cytiva, a global provider of technologies and services that advance and accelerate the development and manufacture of therapeutics. Formerly part of GE Healthcare, we have a rich heritage tracing back hundreds of years, and a fresh beginning since 2020.

As our customers move towards providing clinical products, you will develop and execute initiatives to partner and support activities related to their translational, pre-clinical and clinical development, such as CMC support for IND submissions, and sharing of manufacturing and patient data for Cyivas business objectives (NPI, Marketing, etc). You will also provide Marketing and Commercial intelligence back to the business so that we can develop a clinical partnership platform that will better design-in and integrate Cytiva products and services.

* Manage CGTs relationship with clinical manufacturing organizations (CMOs) related to their clinical product production. You will establish relationships to build on what Cytiva has to offer, as well as feedback as to areas of potential collaboration and growth.

* Creation of a strategic plan and roadmap that defines where the company and our customers can partner to grow and develop in the Cell & Gene Therapy clinical sector. Internal collaborations will be critical for this role: connected with Commercial, Marketing, Enterprise, Business Development and Product Management teams.

Understand current and future product offerings and build upon past successes that have proven clinically relevant. Act as a role model for collaborative mindset across functions..

* Build lasting relationships with our customers to enable the alignment of our customers' strategic focus with our Cytiva strategy. Through deep understanding of the strategy and challenges in the industry and across our customers, you will develop creative solutions and offerings to enable both the customers and CYTIVA's long term success. Continuously update the understanding of the customers changing clinical and/or operational challenges, develop deep clinical and technical knowledge including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and healthcare funding mechanisms.
