Candidates with interest in working for a company in the Credit Union field will be interested in the Database Developer position Robert Half Technology is hiring for—if you have a strong relational database background, you might be a good fit. In this role, you will have responsibility for developing and building database architecture. If you consider yourself an authority on query writing and love developing systems, this may be the Database Developer position for you. This Database Developer position is a full-time employment opportunity located in the Medford, New York area.

Key responsibilities

- Develop a method for storing database data in the future

- Supply documentation as well as training to the Database Administrator and other users, when necessary

- Generate a database schema based on data type and application related function

- Design, code, and carry new relational databases

Requirements

- General familiarity with SQL Developer

- PL/SQL Programming experience highly desired

- Adeptness in SQL

- MySQL experience

- Practical knowledge of HTML

- Background working with PHP

- JavaScript experience highly preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL Database

- MySQL Database experience

- Complex SQL Queries experience

- Microsoft SQL Server experience

- Knowledge of common issues with database operations

- 7+ years working as a Database Developer or a related role
