As Measurement Business Analyst II, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction is critical as you create an environment of continuous improvement within our measurement systems. The ability to apply business analytics and process to operations, accounting and volume management is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

* Analyzes measurement information and manages meter/station data and validation rules; troubleshoots and resolves measurement problems
* Performs balancing activities and provides analytical support to field personnel
* Uses business intelligence, measurement and SCADA data to assess trends and perform predictive analytics to drive business decisions and implement process improvements
* Develops understanding of commercial obligations and industry/company standards
* Advises on changes in technologies and the associated impacts to processes
* Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

* Required: Bachelors Degree, or a high school diploma/GED and a minimum two (2) years of measurement experience
* Preferred: Minimum two (2) years of energy experience; math, statistical or process improvement experience

Other Requirements:

* Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
* Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
* Knowledge of business analytics and intelligence tools
* Preferred: Experience with FlowCal

General Compensation Information:

This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual performance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
