As an Asset Integrity Specialist, your technical skills are invaluable. Youll provide corrosion control program management as you ensure adequate monitoring and compliance are in place.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
* Performs a variety of tasks involved in troubleshooting, testing, calibrating, maintaining, installing and/or repairing malfunctions of the equipment in areas of expertise
* Implements/manages external/internal corrosion control programs, ensure adequate monitoring and mitigations, and complies with DOT requirements
* Processes corrosion data, generate, analyze and communicate monthly reports; work with stakeholders to resolve issues
* Provides guidance and project scoping for corrosion control issues
* Monitors and controls plant operations from instrumentation on graphic control panel and completes assigned reports and logs
* Evaluates performance of equipment and direct other operators to make adjustments
* Provides company-wide support and training, including standards and procedures development
* Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience
* Required: High School diploma/GED and minimum four (4) years of related experience
* Preferred: Two (2) year technical degree
Physical and Environment Work Requirements:
Must be able to:
* Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
* Carry and lift items that weigh a minimum of 50 lbs
* Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
* Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
* Use hand tools
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
* Must be able to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as needed
* Must be able to travel to troubleshoot and provide training as needed
Other Requirements
* Valid state drivers license with a good driving record
* Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
* Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the upmost priority
* NACE CIP Level 2 Certification, NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist, NACE CP 2 - CP Technician Certification or NACE Senior Internal Corrosion Technologist Certification
* Work toward/maintain a NACE certification at the Senior Corrosion Technologist level
* General knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and mitigation techniques
General Compensation Information:
This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual performance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
