As Environmental Specialist IV, youll need functional/technical expertise and skills in areas of air, water and/or waste. In this role, youll manage projects and programs of moderate complexity that require a specialized breadth of expertise.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
* Develops, maintains and provides guidance on environmental processes/policies
* Assesses environmental risk, provides recommendations to address risk and participates in or leads the approved course of action, including required regulatory documentation
* Participates in environmental project planning and implementation, including scheduling, cost estimating, preparation of environmental impact assessments and reporting
* Provides guidance/mentors others
* Prepares and submits complex applications to procure environmental permits, renewals, approvals, variances, and other authorizations and coordinate with stakeholders
* Performs environmental compliance audits and due diligence investigations, as necessary
* Identifies environmental training needs and provides training
* Develops, recommends and implements improvements for systems/practices in air, water, waste management and/or remediation activities for assigned areas
* Possesses functional/technical expertise and skills in areas of air, water and/or waste
* Prepares and submits all required compliance reports/certifications; develops and maintains necessary documentation related to environmental compliance programs
* Manage relationship between Williams and regulatory agencies
* Interprets applicable federal, state and local environmental regulations and ensures compliance with such regulations
* Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
* Required: Bachelors degree and minimum 8 years environmental experience
Other Requirements:
* Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
* Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Additional Job Description:
* General working knowledge of air quality compliance, water discharge, waste management, and SPCC requirements, as well as familiarity with CAA, CWA, RCRA, CERCLA, SARA, TSCA, DOT, and FERC regulations preferred
General Compensation Information:
This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual performance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
