We are looking for an Associate Manager, Integrated Merchandising for Mens & Kids Footwear. As part of the Timberland Americas Integrated Merchandising team, this position will work within the seasonal go-to-market (GTM) process to develop impactful One Marketplace regional product assortments that meet near and long term financial and strategic Brand goals across DTC (Full Price/Factory Outlet/Ecom) and Wholesale, with a focus on DTC elevation, Digital optimization, and marketplace segmentation management. This position will work to support the Mens and Kids Icon and Street category strategies for North America, inclusive of Global Collaboration and SMU execution, as well as lead the DTC assortment of Mens and Womens Timberland PRO Footwear in alignment with the Americas One Marketplace strategy.
You'll be a trusted member of our team reporting to Senior Manager Integrated Merchandising Mens & Kids Icon and Pro. Responsibilities include
* Contribute to building overall Mens and Kids Street seasonal category strategy and assortments that amplify brand story calendar, prioritize DTC & Digital, and meets all regional marketplace financial and line assortment goals and KPIs.
* Own building assortments, inclusive of briefing and executing SMUs, for select sneaker channel accounts.
* Facilitate and execute the Global Collaboration process by:
* Ensuring key cross-functional stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, Digital, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Sales Field) are updated with all relevant current product information at each milestone throughout the GTM process; and
* Crafting a clear marketplace communication plan to ensure distribution plan is being adhered to and orders are being placed in advance of booking deadline.
* Act as Regional Merchant lead for Mens & Womens PRO Footwear assortment plan for DTC FP, TFO and .COM working in partnership with PRO & Americas partners.
* Support GTM process and cadence ensuring effective inputs, outputs, and deliverables in accordance with Merch Planning and Operations guidelines. Inclusive of product line management maintenance, milestone preparations, meeting notes, presentation tools, and shipping samples (i.e. SMU).
* Embody a self-driven attitude with focus on personal and professional learning and development, coaching and continuous improvement.

How Youll Make A Difference
* Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, Planning or related Retailing
* Interest in Fashion, Marketplace and Consumer Trends, and Retailing
* Ability to work within a high functioning team in a fast pace, multi-dimensional role
* Ability to function as an individual thinker but also as a collaborative team player
* Strong analytical skills
* Must be innovative and creative and have a can-do positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English
* Domestic and international travel may be required up to 25% of the time when travel restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so
