This position is for our overnight shift 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM Monday - Thursday. Please only apply if you are able to work those hours.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise maintenance staff.
* Develops, counsels, motivates and resolves associate relations issues and conducts performance appraisals and monitors performance of maintenance associates.
* Maintains efficiency and safety of all equipment.
* Monitors the daily operation and directs action as required.
* Coordinates daily maintenance of equipment.
* Troubleshoots equipment and does preventative maintenance.
* Coordinates with the managers and supervisors to establish priorities and schedules the workload to satisfy production needs.
* Coordinates with local contractors and vendors for equipment and services as required.
* Orders parts and equipment and obtains services for repairs and maintenance of the facilitys equipment.

Requirements:

* Minimum of three years supervisory experience.
* 3-5 years experience working with conveyor and sortation systems in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
* Must have general knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, water systems, building repairs and housekeeping procedures.
* Strong knowledge of, trade standards and general practices within the facilitys maintenance field.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* High School diploma required.
