What youll do on a typical day:
* Research, prioritize and follow through on projects/issues
* Provide management support for personnel record-keeping, training and onboarding duties
* Prioritize conflicting needs; handle private and sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
* Manage special projects for the leadership team
* Act as a liaison and point person with external contractors
* Monitor and keep track of all HP/Mac/Chromebook equipment and other departmental assets; assist with purchasing as needed
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, youll need:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Itd be great if you also have:
* 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* A highly organized and detail-oriented work style, with a proactive and professional attitude
* The willingness to function effectively as a member of a team while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
* The ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality when appropriate, produce accurate output and meet deadlines
This job requires the ability to:
* Lift up to 20 lbs.
* Discern color and possess field vision
