The Recruiter is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the recruitment and selection processes for hospital personnel. This position will serve as a vital member of the Human Resources department and will assist in developing and maintaining a proactive recruitment process consistent with the hospitals strategic vision.

Qualifications

We train you to be the best, but there are a few minimum requirements for this position:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or high school diploma and 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
* Previous Human Resources experience required; recruitment experience in a hospital setting preferred.
* PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
* Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Knowledge of effective interviewing techniques.
