A critical component to this journey is our central governance, which is powered by the Air Traffic Control (ATC) team, led by the Chief Transformation Officer. The Business Analyst ensures the continued success of the journey through rigorous governance of cross-functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

Support Transformation Reporting & Analysis
Conceptualize, develop and execute analytical visualizations & models to power business decision making; help establish a strong data foundation for critical data and analytics solutions
Partner with enterprise IT team to ensure governance of Project Management Tool (Wave) and expand reporting capabilities
Research and develop quantitative tools and techniques to measure and analyze potential opportunities and business risks
Ability to build new analytical processes, document SOP, and hand off reports through cross-training
Work with internal stakeholders to understand root cause analyses of project obstacles and drive insights to implement solutions
Developing reports: Understand business need and data sources to provide answers to the relevant questions; drive sustainability of reporting through automation where possible
Maintaining reports and data: Modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change, use judgment to exclude outlier initiatives that skew reporting

Support ATC meetings
Before the meeting: Create ATC reports, consolidate ATC commentaries, and brief CTO / ATC Lead as needed
During the meeting: facilitate meeting and help examine program obstacles (e.g., ask questions to push problem-solving, clarifications)
After the meeting: Send out action trackers and update actions in WAVE, follow up with the team on actions and provide guidance on issues as needed, maintain meeting artifacts

Other Responsibilities

Serve as a key leader in developing enterprise master data strategy
Qualifications

* Required Education: Bachelors degree
* Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of project/program management experience or advanced degree

Required Skills/Certifications/Special Training:

* Advanced level of Microsoft Excel (ability to create own macros, manipulate pivot tables, clean large data sets)
* Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI & Tableau
* Proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications
* SAP/BIA or equivalent ERM systems
* Hyperion/HFM other financial management software experience
* Passion for/attention to details
* Insatiable curiosity for more value
* Pragmatic problem-solver (80/20 approach is critical)
* Must have strong written and oral communication skills, a collaborative work style, and ability to effectively work with an interdisciplinary team
* Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment
* Ability to communicate well with the roles of all levels
* Modeling knowledge

Preferred Skills/Certifications/Special Training:

* Data Engineering tools such as Alteryx, Trifacta, Altair
* SQL or equivalent data management language
* Other statistical/programming languages such as R or Python
