The Opportunity:

HSN is looking for part-time Sales Associates for our New Port Richey Outlet Store, located at 8547 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654.

Who We Are:

Successful Sales Associates should possess strong customer service skills, and be comfortable assisting guests with merchandise selection, check-out procedures, and returns. We are in search for individuals who have face-to-face customer service experience, as well as, experience with operating point-of-sale terminals and credit card authorization terminals. Qualified candidates should also have flexibility with their availability; including weekends.

Your Impact:

* Ring up sales and returns using POS terminals, handle credit card charges and cash transactions along with accompanying detail.

* Authorize certain levels of returns/voids.

* Cross train in product knowledge in all areas of the store.

* Assist with training new team members with technical knowledge and sales techniques in specific areas of the store.

* Greet, sell and assist customers on sales floor.

* Merchandise sales floor/assist with floor moves.

* Maintain designated work area for housekeeping and presentation purposes.

* Provide back up support as needed.

* Ticket, stock and merchandise sales floor to visual standards.

What You Bring:

* High School Diploma or GED

* Work flexible hours as business need dictates

* Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 25 lbs.

* Select retail team members may be requested to obtain a forklift license

* Prior retail/cashier experience

* Experience dealing with the public in a service oriented role
