Netflix is seeking a seasoned people leader to Manage the Department Assistant (DA) team. Our team of Department Assistants are full-time employees who are qualified to provide administrative coverage for assistants at all levels, giving them a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with varying teams across Netflix. As a leader of the Department Assistant team, you will partner with our current team manager to continue to grow our team to adjust the changing business needs, improve the coverage experience as we scale, and directly manage the DAs to provide coaching and guidance to ensure they have opportunities to constantly develop. In this role you will:

* Minimum 3-4 years of people management and leadership experience
* Meaningful experience working closely with or managing a team of administrative professionals preferred
