General Purpose of Job

This position will provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects and initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion and Culture & Engagement Operations. They will partner with internal/external stakeholders regarding feedback as it relates to the operations of Diversity & Inclusion and Culture & Engagement organizational goals.



Duties and Responsibilities

* Collects, interprets, and analyzes complex data across their area of responsibility to support management decisions and improve inefficiencies.
* Communicates team members and other project stakeholders to develop feasible program and project goals.
* Conducts complex research and provides detailed qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
* Crafts, implements, and executes communications and communication plans for their areas of responsibilities.
* Designs, maintains, and implements key analytics, metrics, benchmarks & other measures to drive results aligned with organizational goals.
* Develops and reviews complex analytical models and reporting to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
* Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
* Directs complex large-scale projects and collaborates with enterprise-wide stakeholders to execute and support strategic objectives, while meeting quality, time and resource commitments.
* Directs quarterly reporting and other reporting as required by senior HR and business area leadership.
* Ensures that the project schedule is accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes.
* Fosters a collaborative mindset that harnesses relationships across the organization to ensure the completion of assignments and analyses relevant to executive review.
* Identifies and directs the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
* Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
* Monitors and evaluates assigned complex project and/or programs progress and performance against the project plan and develops complex mitigation plans.
* Provides direction on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
* Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
* Serves as a subject matter expert to applicable internal/external stakeholders on best practices.
* Synthesizes complex analyses into meaningful deliverables/presentations/reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

Education

* 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required

Experience

* 5 7+ Years experience in data insights/analytics or relevant experience directly related to the responsibilities for this this position. (Required )
* Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations.
* Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
* Evaluate trends in data or information.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend processes improvements.
* Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
* Demonstrates strong project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
* Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among senior/executive management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
