ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Perform maintenance, repair and operation of mechanical systems to support the client.
* Communicates with customers, management, colleagues, Planners/Schedulers and Operations Managers regarding issues, project completion timelines and workload priorities at the Facilities.
* Performs predictive, planned, preventative and routine maintenance as well as equipment rounds and service requests as directed.
* Performs maintenance in accordance with the JLL Preventative Maintenance Program.
* Assist with the development and improvement of preventative maintenance programs, schedules, work instructions, SOPs and operational procedures
* Performs all facility maintenance and repairs assigned to him/her on time, meeting client KPI
* Team player with the desire to foster teamwork to help create a positive working environment
* Actively participates in emergency response procedures, technical and safety training programs.
* Perform all work using the proper safety equipment and in a safe manner
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Completion of an applicable technical training program, desirable.
* Minimum 7+ years total field experience with Trade School training
* Preferred experience in manufacturing environment.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
* EPA CFC Section 608 certification
* Possess and maintain a valid state drivers license.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
* Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.
* Good general computer skills with knowledge in email, Internet, Microsoft Word are a plus for this position.
* Ability to comply with both Jones Lang LaSalle and client-directed Policies & Procedures.
PHYSICAL WORK ABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
This position requires frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, stooping, and working/extending overhead, including:
* Lifting a minimum of 80 lbs.
* Using ladders up to 30 ft and working from heights.
* Climbing a ladder with a 300-lb weight limit while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbs.

* Weekends and holidays, if needed.
* May be required to work overtime to meet deadlines.
