Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is a software engineering role in X-Force Threat Intelligence. As an IBM software engineer, you will use the latest tools and technologies available to deliver state-of-the-art software. You will ensure that software components are expertly designed, tested, verified, and ready for integration into IBMs best-of-breed solutions that help organizations improve their business outcomes in the global marketplace. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Strong experience programming in Python, Node.js, C++.
* Solid experience with Linux and Kubernetes.
* Solid experience with relational databases.
* Working experience with distributed messaging systems, and big data stream processing technology such as Apache Kafka.
* Skilled in software design, data structures, and algorithms.
* Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively.
