We are seeking a talented CRM Analyst to join our growing CRM team within the Global Digital Marketing organization working across the Foot Locker brand portfolio. In this role, the Analyst will bring a creative mindset and assertive attitude to support the team's CRM strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, analytical aptitude, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done (think 'start-up' within the organization). A passion for using data to develop insights that put the customer first is a must.
Coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns, including development, implementation, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with banner marketing team's team to build communication strategies, growth of email file, and maintain delivery health.
Partner closely with Data team to analyze campaign effectiveness and monitor key metrics including CTR, open rates, conversions, and retention.
Stay up to speed with laws and policies (i.e., CAN-SPAM) as well as technology advances to optimize email relevancy and delivery.
Communicate campaign and A/B test results to stakeholders.
Serve as source of knowledge for all triggered campaign details.
Analyze customer behaviors and patterns to optimize campaigns & improve ROAS.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM.
Experience with basic HTML.
Direct to consumer marketing experience preferred.
Excellent analytical abilities, rigorous attention to detail and bias for customer-centric planning.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaborative spirit, and relationship-builder both internally and externally.
