The Quality Systems Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex, high cross-functional projects to completion. This individual provides operational thought leadership and project management to the design and implementation of quality measurement systems and tools. These systems are used to evaluate Facebook's effectiveness of our review work.

In this role, you will work closely with individuals and leaders in global operations, product, engineering, design, research, data engineering, data science, policy, and Outsourcing teams.The measurement systems/tools you create and optimize with these cross-functional partners will influence priorities and define success for internal stakeholders, outsourcing partners, and Facebook as a company.

Quality Systems Project Manager Responsibilities

* Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Facebook's community support processes, products, and policies.

* Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new quality program initiatives that enable Facebook to improve the integrity and effectiveness of its quality systems.

* Analyze existing quality processes and tools to provide recommendations for improvements, and partner with engineering teams to implement change.

* Research new and innovative methods to measure and improve quality.

* Manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality solutions.

* Utilize self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative behavior while executing through ambiguous scenarios.

* Travel overnight internationally when needed (<25%).

Minimum Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

* 3+ years of experience doing business process analysis

* 3+ years experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, or equivalent team

* Demonstrated track record in successfully managing ambiguous, ambitious, strategic, and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams

* Experience using data to influence business decisions

* Content creation and presentation skills including experience building and delivering executive leadership content

* Experience leveraging knowledge and skills across multiple projects and stakeholders to drive change, influence teams and deliver initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years experience working with technical teams on driving solutions/projects

* 1+ years of experience working with SQL

* Experience communicating with a variety of audiences

* Experience being open and collaborative in a cross functional team environment
