Job Description

Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) is seeking a qualified Global Fulfillment Manager to join the growing Logistics & Fulfillment team. The Global Fulfillment Manager will play an exciting and important role in ensuring the global fulfillment of all FRL products and alignment between the strategic direction of the organization and enabling operational excellence for the function. Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Fulfillment, this position will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the Fulfillment team in support of our B2C, B2B Retail and Enterprise sales channels. They will regularly partner closely with Sales, Supply Planning, Finance, Logistics, 3PLs and other internal/external teams.

Global Fulfillment Manager (FRL) Responsibilities

* Develop and manage a global fulfillment strategy to effectively drive and implement appropriate fulfillment models and capabilities across all product lines, including postponement, drop ship, direct distribution and other distribution alternatives.

* Complete understanding of the Order to Cash process and the levers which positively impact key metrics: OTDR, ORDC, Logistics Cost per Unit, Order Cycle Time, etc.

* Global responsibility for the performance of 3PLs, across 5+ fulfillment centers.

* Develop and manage 3PLs performance through KPIs to ensure the fulfillment team meets/exceeds performance: order picking accuracy, on time ship/delivery, systemic and physical inventory accuracy.

* Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop/drive strategies to meet the increasing needs of the business.

* Manage a team of 4 to 5 fulfillment.

* Investigate and resolve all order related discrepancies, including root cause analysis and communication to help prevent future issues.

* Ensure the timeliness and integrity of all inventory transactions.

* Own month end inventory reconciliation process.

* Continuously improve library of program templates, implementation, and requirement guides.

* Drive business system gaps with internal teams to implement new processes or systems.

* Identify program risks, problem-solve and implement solutions by coordinating work across partners and cross-functional teams.

* Open to travel between primary fulfillment regions including Asia, US and Europe.

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years of direct people management experience and managing fulfillment operations, logistics, 3PLs.

* Consumer electronics experience supporting multiple sales channels: B2B, B2C, Enterprise.

* Experience with on-boarding new partners and bringing new products to market.

* Proven track record of delivering key, impactful projects, initiatives, process improvements, etc.

* Proven communication skills and influencing across all levels within the organization.

* Experience in audit controls and reporting.

* Experience in performance improvement, process, re-engineering, cost reduction, supply chain improvement and scaling operations.

* Analytical and tech proficient, adept at leveraging software tools such as warehouse management (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), material requirement planning (MRP) systems, BI tools.

* Advance level command of Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Asana.

* Knowledgeable in IATA, CTPAT, TAPA regulations and standards.

* Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

* Bachelors degree.

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA, MS or MA in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Consulting and/or Engineering.

* APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation highly preferred.
