Community Operations' focus is on supporting our users through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions, and on improving the health of our products by helping people understand how to use them. Within Community Operations, our Inauthentic Behavior Operations teams strive to build a more trustful, engaging place for people to interact on Facebook and Instagram. We identify, counteract and prevent negative experiences at scale including content or behavior that seek to deceive people, artificially boost distribution, or abuse product features. Our teams identify methods to detect spam and abuse, surface trends and insights globally, and partner cross-functionally with product/engineering, policy and data teams to intelligently scale our operations. Our teams take a holistic approach across both Facebook and Instagram to detect abuse and aim to be the first and last layers of defense in adversarial problems. Facebook is seeking a solutions-oriented, self-starter with a passion for helping others and protecting our community. This individual will sit within the Global Inauthentic Behavior Operations team, and work to improve the overall user experience by delivering qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior. As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly protect the safety of the Facebook community by building programs, protocol, strategies, and operations to reduce the risk of abuse on our platforms.

Program Manager, Inauthentic Behavior Ops Responsibilities

* Manage large-scale, complex projects and programs that impact entire Ops organizations

* Design, build, and improve processes and systems that contribute to operational excellence

* Cultivate relationships and drive collaboration on highly cross-functional initiatives

* Ruthlessly prioritize and maintain continuous alignment with your stakeholders

* Maintain accountability and produce high quality deliverables (for yourself and your project stakeholders)

* Communicate effectively, zooming in and out effortlessly based on audience ranging from Operations Specialists to Leadership

* Be a change agent by understanding organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changes

* Assess inbound emergency escalations

* Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes across teams

* Engage cross-functionally with other investigative teams within the company to develop best practices for conducting investigations, training, and tracking and reporting on investigation trends to the team and supporting legal and technical enforcement actions against bad actors

* Assist in the development of the long-term strategy in investigations and fraud risk management with out-of-the-box, innovative thinking

* Addressing problems and making continuous process improvement, while interacting with all levels, setting objectives, driving results, and working cross-functionally

* Communicating with non-technical personnel and working collaboratively

Minimum Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in consulting or operations at a high-growth tech company

* Project Management experience including managing multiple complex projects on timelines

* Clear, concise communicator. Experience managing communications to wide audiences on various mediums (e.g., project plans, presentations, analyses, etc.)

* Proven Leader. Experience bringing ideas to fruition and leading teams towards a common goal

* Organized, fast-paced executor. Experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA

* Change Management. Experience leading initiatives involving large-scaled organizational transformations

* PMP and/or ITIL certifications

* Contributions to the security community (public research, blogging, presentations, etc.)

* Experience with Crisis Management, Government Agencies or Law Enforcement
