Job Description
Your responsibilities as Analytics Manager role at Videojet, include:
* Collect monthly results from country marketing managers and publish global key performance indicator reports.
* Manage our analytics platform for the global marketing team. Core activities include report management, giving user access and training as and when needed.
* Support global and regional teams in problem solving processes, particularly with more advanced analytical queries.
* Analyze marketing performance data to identify patterns and correlations among various data sources to support growth initiatives
* Serve as the reporting expert on our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) for the global marketing team and maintain a bridge with IT when sophisticated development is required.
Your experience/skills will include:
* Problem-solving leverage structured thinking to solve complex problems
* Data Analytics interpret data from multiple sources to detect and understand patterns
* Information Systems capability complex Excel functions, business intelligence tools (Tableau experience would be an advantage)
* Global Leadership work seamlessly with global stakeholders across the world
* Results orientation catalyst for progress and capable of influencing others to realize results
* Flexibility work effectively on complex problems
* Prioritization skills - the ability to successfully manage multiple projects
