We are looking for an Account Manager of Pathology (AMP) for the CO, UT and AZ territory. The selected individual will develop and execute a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion, strategically position the Leica Biosystems portfolio and build synergy across multiple product verticals in key customer
accounts. The AMP will work across territories to drive new business, while serving as primary account contact to provide sales, service and support continuity across customer buying journey.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals across multiple sales territories
* Develop, solidify and maintain high-level relationships with IDNs and major health systems
* Manage and align internal teams to achieve common goals; work in coordination with local teams
* across core histology, immunohistochemistry and pathology imaging product verticals
* Achieve and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support
* assistance
* Maintain accurate and timely account strategy and opportunity planning information in SFDC
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* Bachelors Degree
* 5+ years relevant sales experience
* Prior capital sales experience
* Contract negotiation/high level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment
* Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM
* Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Internal Candidate Requirements:
Promotion P2 GCRF level applicant: Perform 90%+ to quota 2 out of 3 years (Within year is year to date) and 18 months in role (or business justification)
Lateral Move P3 GCRF level applicant: Perform 85%+ to quota year to date and 18 months in role (or business justification) and Requires Sales Director approval
