The Amazon Selling Partner Listings Experience team is looking for a Product leader to own and drive the bulk Vendor listing experience, a set of tools that Vendors use to create and manage their listings, worldwide. The ideal candidate will be own creating a multi-year vision for the technical products and identify opportunities to deliver a seamless listing processes to deliver an enhanced Vendor and Customer experience. You will own the end-to-end product roadmap with clear understanding on how to prioritize between building scalable solutions and identifying quick wins where we can delight our customers today.
You will own engaging stakeholders, both within Amazon and within the wider Selling Partner community to understand customer needs and, working backwards from the multi-year vision you have built to drive prioritization of features and deliverables.

Team and Role:
Amazon Selling Partner Listings Experience team provides the core technologies and user experiences that power the ability for all Selling Partners to create and manage their product listings on Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for Product Management for Selling Partner listing experiences that help Vendors create and manage their listings through a seamless and intuitive workflow. You will own identifying opportunities to simplify the Vendor experience related to creating their listings, and figuring out how to evolve our products to best meet their needs. The successful candidate will bring strong business judgement, and a track record of delivering world-class customer facing technical products.
Responsibilities:
Create the long term vision and strategy for your products and lead the definition and management of high quality product roadmaps toward that vision
Collaborate independently with tech, UX, and partners across orgs to calibrate on the customer needs and ensure the technical solutions are designed to address the needs of our customers across marketplaces.
Making trade-off decisions with the tech team regarding features and priorities within the roadmap based on overall relative impact and speed to market
Establish customer feedback loops to synthesize feedback and consolidate feature requests, providing specific requirements and follow up actions to engineering partners
Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning
Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer
Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customers and Selling Partners needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree
5+ years of data-driven product management experience including solving large scale technical problems
Experience building a compelling vision for a large and ambiguous space and working across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver against this vision
Track record of managing product development cycles and working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize projects
Strong deep dive and quantitative skills; ability to draw insights from data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA + relevant experience
Experience optimizing for short-term execution while planning for long-term technical capabilities
Experience driving multiple projects through a complete life cycle
Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis.
