**This is a part-time year-round position. Candidates must be able to work 20-28 hours per week**

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

This position is responsible for providing assistance to our internal Coupa team to obtain vendor contact information and to support the overall Coupa supplier enablement process.

Analysts are expected to develop a good business relationship with the vendors and internal customers to obtain appropriate contact information for the purpose of enabling suppliers in Coupa.

Additionally, this position will provide support to other Coupa areas such as Purchasing, catalog management and other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

* High School Diploma
* Pursing a Bachelors or Masters degree

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

a. Required:

* Strong PC skills and adaptability to new systems
* Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel) is preferred
* Strong written and verbal skills
* Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work
* Ability to work as a team player in a large group setting
* Ability to learn quickly
* Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities
