Produces qualified illustrations and provides pre-sale support to meet producer objectives in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Receive requests for product information and illustrations from producers via telephone, fax, and email.
2. Compile appropriate and accurate illustrations based on the discussion with the producer and knowledge of the competitive insurance environment. Ensure all illustrations are quality checked prior to sending to producers. Expectation is for 99% accuracy.
3. All illustrations need to be handled as quickly as possible. Service levels require that requests will be turned around in a maximum of 2 4 hours (and in by 3:00, out by 5:00).
4. Provide product and carrier information to the producer groups as well as internal staff
5. Maintain detailed product and financial knowledge on all carriers
6. Maintain proficiency and a working knowledge of the carrier software packages
7. Proactively follow-up on illustrations, applications, and contracting
8. Document requested illustrations for sales follow-up
9. Participate in educational development to gain an understanding of the competitive market, product, and industry trends and impacts
10. Point of contact for distribution of forms, etc.
11. Provide Marketing support to the team (eCards, promotion of AskLine calls etc.).
12. Proactively contact agents to demonstrate CrumpLifeInsurance.com functions (Quoting Engines, Forms Now, Life Solutions, etc.) and generate application opportunities
13. Other duties as assigned
