As part of the North America Brand Marketing organization, our team works cross-functionally to activate marketing programs that help propel the brand and the business into the future. We are responsible for planning and executing full-funnel paid media campaigns that encourage consumers love of sport and become athletes* - collaborating with major media partners & agencies to develop innovative, industry leading media plans that drive awareness and build interest for Nikes most significant products, services & experiences. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for a campaign media manager to join our integrated media team in North America. This role will help define and drive the brands point-of-view in an increasingly sophisticated, traditional, and digital media landscape. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of full funnel media and consumer journeys, the art and science of media planning, buying and reporting, and the ability to showcase how campaigns deliver against primary brand, and business goals to peers and senior leaders alike. The right candidate is passionate about sports, and is a professional in paid media (in all its forms). Has an extensive experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a self starter, a standout colleague, and someone adept at pushing the bounds of media innovation and creative exploration.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this sounds like you, youll be working as part of our media team to help lead and bring campaign storytelling and product innovation to life across the North America marketplace. Your responsibilities will be to lead, develop and execute paid media campaign strategies aligned with Nikes marketing vision and corresponding brand and business critical metrics. Partnering with a variety of internal and external cross-functional teams to encourage and engage consumers at scale across all media touchpoints. Demonstrate consumer insights and data to advise campaign strategy and planning, and bring outstanding, innovative media plans to life. And you will demonstrate your diverse media background, experience and expertise to optimize campaigns in the moment, and develop impactful takeaways to advise and influence long term campaign planning and execution.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report to the Director of North America media campaigns, collaborate, and partner with the broader North America media team and numerous cross-functional teams in the geography including: brand marketing, creative, Nike Direct, wholesale, sports marketing, city marketing, consumer insights, data science and finance. You will be responsible for leading and balancing multiple relationships with key internal cross-functional teams, agency partners, and external media and platform partners. In some instances, you will also be collaborating with global media and marketing teams to adopt and adapt global campaigns for the North America consumer and marketplace.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of working experience in the integrated media field for an industry-leading organization

- Deep expertise and passion for traditional, digital and social media platforms and publishers

- Strong financial acuity and budget leadership skills across a variety of project sizes and scopes

- Deep understanding of media campaign planning processes including planning, briefing, executing, measurement, reporting and socializing significant brand and business takeaways

- Confirmed initiative and ability to work independently and as apart from a larger, matrixed team

- Extensive knowledge of paid & emerging media, the sports landscape and pop culture; proficient in industry & social trends, both macro and micro
