Regional Vice President, Provider Experience

Position Purpose:

Responsible for providing enterprise-wide strategic direction and tactical leadership for Provider Experience. This position with Llead and coordinate the overall direction of the organization as it relates to its interactions with providers. This includes working closely with provider organizations on administrative and clinical data to simplify the sharing of this information across the Healthplan and the provider. The position will work closely with other enterprise partners to ease and improve the way the organization and the providers do business with each other to improve the health of our members and their patients.

* Responsible for developing the Provider Experience Model for the organization

* Ensure collaboration and integration of key provider integration strategies and initiatives with the Market CEO and Enterprise partners

* Evaluate key interactions, administrative, informational and clinical and develop improved workflows to capture and transfer the information

* Work across the enterprise to develop criteria and direction to improve the interactions between the providers who serve our members and the organization

Education/Experience:

Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field. 10+ years of healthcare management, network development, or provider/payor contracting, finance, or administration experience in a large healthcare organization or health plan or managed care environment. Previous senior management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
