Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Digital Lighthouse for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
* Undertake test planning activities and conduct manual test and triage for either Agile or Waterfall deliveries
* Willingness to learn business domain knowledge and quickly adapt to changing requirements
* Proactively identifying issues and presenting solutions/ recommendations
* Liaise with the test lead/scrum team on any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process
* Assist the test lead with test closure reports and gaining sign off from key stakeholders
* Generate work papers and assist engagement team in metrics gathering
Qualifications:
* A minimum of one year of experience in software development, testing, project management, and business analysis
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems
* Knowledge of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Knowledge of test planning, test execution and defect management process
* ISTQB Software Testing Certification/PMP/Certified Scrum Professional certification is a plus
* Travel may be up to 80-100%
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
