In this role, you will be responsible for growing, supporting and reinvigorating our underrepresented people community Business Resource Group within Facebooks Infrastructure organization. You will work closely with leaders within Infra and broader Tech, Human Resources, Global Diversity and the greater Facebook community to develop, operationalize and scale programs which expand our global impact. This role will report to the Director of Infrastructure Diversity Program Management.
Diversity Program Manager, Infrastructure Responsibilities
* Partner with Infra leadership and stakeholders to create and scale programs which bring the broader organization together toward the goal of improving cultural awareness, increasing inclusivity, and increasing representation of underrepresented people (URP) across Infrastructure (Infra) and broader Tech
* Create and implement methods which increase engagement and active participation of full-time employees and interns in Infra D&I initiatives
* Partner to quantify community and organizational pain points and challenges, prioritizing action in areas that will deliver greatest impact
* Facilitate and support execution of internal events, workshops and programs focused on professional development and increased sense of belonging for community members and allies
* Proactively manage expectations of all interested parties: define clear program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program, and ensure commitments are delivered
* Deliver programs that are repeatable, consistent, scalable and relevant for variable audiences (Individual Contributor to leader)
* Report on accountability metrics (scorecards/audits/reporting tools) to track progress on key metrics & goals
* Partner with Recruiting to increase engagement and impact of recruiting efforts including referral generation
* Partner with Facebook Employee Resource Group cross-functional teams to increase program awareness and opportunities for partnership
* Establish and foster strong working relationships with various global stakeholders and teams, ensuring that the programs foster an environment of a broader ally community
* Lead and manage community steering committee meetings
* Maintains monthly new member welcome communications
* Maintains quarterly member spotlights
* Administer and analyze community sentiment surveys each half
Minimum Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in project/program management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value and leading organizational change through learning and development
* 1+ years experience focused on diversity and inclusion efforts
* Project management skills and knowledge of project management best practices
* Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
* Experience with diversity and inclusion challenges in a complex organization including KPIs and ROIs
* Experience in developing and leading cross-functional teams
* Experience influencing, relationship building and collaboration at global and cross-functional levels
* Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience
* Thought leader - experience creating new and/or leveraging program development teams for community specific support events
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelors degree
* Experience within engineering and technical operations
* Experience with SQL, Google Suite, Excel Macros and Tableau
* Experience in the technology industry or other engineering organizations
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
