About the Team
The Client Partnerships team strives to be the best account services and partnership management team in the business. The team makes sure that our customers get the most value possible out of all the marketing opportunities iHeart offers. We oversee delivery of cross platform media campaigns that include audio, video, experiential and digital media as well as our signature events that include iHearts great on-air talent and major musical celebrities

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day to day support for a team focused on best in class brand Activation for assigned accounts at 50% on, that brings cross platform media campaigns & national event partnerships to life.
* Support campaigns with a detail-oriented project management approach to keep cross platform deliverables aligned across iHeartMedia talent components, on-site experiential, audio/video content, promotions, etc.
* Assist in media booking with each department sales person and their appropriate booking agencies.
* Coordinate billing by determining with clients their preferred method of billing and communicate internally.
* Traffic assets and gather proof of performance for assigned campaigns.
* Updating weekly account notes and final P&L in Salesforce.
* Contribute to regular reporting on campaign wins & learnings for custom deals to drive renewals and new business.
* Assist with tracking of P&L of assigned partnerships and join monthly reviews with senior management.
* Assist with timelines, asset trackers, internal communications, weekly client status calls, delivery trackers and campaign recap materials.
* Constant focus on client success through launch and execution.
* Contribute to population of comprehensive wrap up report that provides informed internal recaps on performance & learnings for the senior account team.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of Event Activation, Project Management or Client Relationship experience
* Media/agency industry experience required
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Solution oriented
* Strong project and portfolio management skills
* Extremely detail oriented
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong knowledge of Power Point and Excel
* Travel required (approx. 20% of the year)
