Are you ready to help us make the future? Develop and deploy a Learning Content and Governance strategy across Honeywell. You will direct the overall curriculum and content management of our learning programs covering mandatory learning, technical learning, and employee professional learning, and leadership development. The content strategy will be deployed through key learning programs, processes, and systems across the enterprise. You will be a key leader in developing and aligning organizational processes and systems to improve the overall learner experience enabling employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deploy a Honeywell Learning curriculum and content strategy
* Lead and work jointly across Honeywells businesses and functions to ensure governance of the content strategy and deployment of learning through systems
* Lead change efforts to continually improve the learner experience through deployment of curation, innovation in the learning space, and learning programs
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred)
5+ years' experience in Learning and Development
