Job Description
Leads the strategy and execution of our Trunk Club styling business. The ideal Senior Program Manager is highly motivated, results-oriented, and committed to managing a strategically important, fast-growing, and complex program that delivers significant business value to Nordstrom and its customers. The Program Manager is detail oriented, a strong communicator and can work effectively with cross-functional business partners (Styling, Product Management, Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to drive desired outcomes. The individual is data-driven, strategic, and passionate about team collaboration, developing new ideas, and delivering high quality results with a test and learn approach. This role provides thought leadership, working collaboratively across our styling team and business partners to create a world-class digital styling experience for our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive strong business results for the Trunk Club business with a focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations and key performance metrics (i.e., Trunk sales, Unit Keep Rate, CSAT)
* Define objectives, key results and operational timelines needed to accomplish objectives.
* Develop and execute on a program roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders (e.g., Product mgmt.) to establish, prioritize and track requirements to support initiatives and goals.
* Lead weekly and monthly business review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to review business performance, identify opportunities, and align on actions needed to deliver results
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve or streamline stylist business processes or customer experiences
* Conduct data-driven analyses as needed to inform decisions, build business cases, or capture insights that influence and inform the long-term strategy and roadmap for the program.
* Communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders to drive project deliverables, status, and strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the pyramid.
Qualifications
* Track record and experience in successfully leading and delivering large scale programs from ideation to execution.
* Experience building and delivering business cases to drive prioritization on technical roadmaps.
* Effective at driving cross-functional team collaboration and influencing partners across multiple business units. Extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to think strategically and innovatively; applying knowledge to help modernize processes/programs.
* Demonstrate strong capability in verbal and written communications skills. Ability to tailor message and communication style to achieve desired results
* Bachelors degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
* 3+ years program management experience with demonstrated successful program delivery or related experience (e.g., Strategy consulting).
