What you will do:

* Global Antimicrobial Anchor Institutional liaison lead, Work with regional business and technical leaders to set the global innovation portfolio for Institutional global markets.
* Lead anchor innovation vs. this portfolio and help advance projects into divisional phase gate.
* Define strategic gaps and new markets with GAA and divisional marketing teams.
* Present business relevant research at divisional and technical meetings.
* Leverage your background and training to solve internal and external customer problems particularly related to antimicrobial product chemistries and formulations that are core to our business and customer needs
* Develop SME in regulatory development, FDA, EPA, BPR and other global regulatory bodies.
* Assess external technology fits with the technology partnership development team in alignment with our divisional partners pipeline gaps and strategic growth goals
* Collaborate with corporate and divisional research scientists on new development projects.
* Hands on laboratory outcomes leveraging experimental design vs customer design criteria (Antimicrobial and Application design elements)
* Interpret experimental data and communicate results clearly to peers, customers, and project teams in written reports and oral presentations
* Collaborate with leading scientists and subject matter experts in our microbiology, analytical and research laboratories around the globe

Minimum Qualifications:

* BS Degree in Chemistry or Microbiology and 6+ years of formulation chemistry experience, or:
* MS Degree in Chemistry or Microbiology and 4+ years of formulation chemistry experience, or:
* PhD Degree in Chemistry or Microbiology and 2+ years of formulation chemistry experience
* 2+ years of experience leading scientific projects
* 2+ years of experience interacting with executive and divisional leadership, presenting and communicating research outcomes and project deliverables
* 2+ years working with Intellectual property

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge in formulation chemistry
* Knowledge of microbiological science
* Background in antimicrobials, formulation science
* Working knowledge of statistics
* Understanding of fundamental physical/chemical properties and structural activity relationships
* Organic chemistry background
