D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant for their Sales Department. The right candidate will support Sales and Marketing departments by administering various tasks and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Enter all sales contracts
* Handle all inbound leads from website and 800-number
* Administer Homeowner Referral Program
* Administer closing and 90-day survey reports
* Administer Ambassador Club reward payments
* Assist Marketing Manager with model paperwork as needed
* Assist Marketing Manager with various other tasks when new communities come online
* Responsible for phone set-up at sales trailers and sales offices
* Responsible for sales office security monitoring set-up and maintenance
* Assist Sales and Marketing Managers with any special projects as needed
Education and/or Experience
Associate%27s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
