The Advisory Lab Administrators team for Manage Services Hosting supports lab environments consisting of more than 50 staff members. Responsibilities for this position will include prepping, managing, and imaging lab environments for training and classroom sessions, working with clients to address any technical issues in lab environment, maintaining the functionality and availability of all lab systems, and installing and upgrading drivers, firmware and applications as needed.

Demonstrating thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with the following:

* VMware products (vCenter, ESXi 6.5/7) : building, maintaining and migration processes of virtual machines across multiple domains;
* RHEL 6 and newer Linux and Windows 2012 and newer server administration skills, software installations, application of patches, management of file systems, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting alerts;
* AWS and/or Azure services including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, PaaS microservices;
* Docker, Kubernetes or containerization;
* Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell, BASH, JSON
* VMware products (vCenter, ESXi 6.5/7) : building, maintaining and migration processes of virtual machines across multiple domains;
* Considerable knowledge of on premise storage solutions including EMC Storage and Storage networking;
* Thorough knowledge about source control using GIT/Terraform Enterprise and some level of knowledge about Ansible Tower; and,
* Some level of knowledge of CI/CD.
