Principal Responsibilities

* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to collect business requirements, research and identify end-user needs, manage change requests, and convert business requirements into functional requirements
* Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the salesforce development team to define, prioritize, tasks and deliverables
* Articulate application requirements and functionality to IT peers
* Manage and communicate the status of deliverables, issues and risks across multiple work streams.

Skills

* Sales Cloud Experience
* Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
* Demonstrated ability to automate business processes utilizing Salesforce native tools such as Workflow, Approval Processes, Process Builder and Flow
* Salesforce Certifications a plus
