Job Description

Facebooks Enterprise Engineering team is to Facebook what Facebook is to the world. We ship people-centric enterprise solutions that transform and accelerate Facebooks business. We are looking for a resourceful, creative, action-oriented Program Manager to lead pathway programs within Enterprise Engineering that they can develop and scale across the organization and beyond. The person in this role will also manage the other org recruiting efforts and onboarding program. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be passionate about people and diverse perspectives.

Enterprise Engineering Program Manager Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage complex programs end-to-end

* Lead programs for Enterprise Engineering around on-boarding and diversity with large-scale impact that span regional and global teams

* Drive programs by facilitation, communication, coordination, planning and execution across Enterprise Engineering teams and business partners

* Partner closely with regional/international Enterprise Engineering leads on global strategy and execution

* Partner with Recruiting to increase engagement and impact of recruiting efforts including referral generation

* Proactively manage expectations of all interested parties: define clear program roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates, provide frequent program updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments to overall program, and ensure commitments are delivered

* Report and track progress on key metrics & goals

* Logistics and facilitation of org dedicated events around pathway programs, onboarding and find initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in project/program management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value

* Thought leader - experience creating new and/or leveraging program development teams for community specific support events

* Experience self-directing, problem solving, and prioritizing concurrent projects

* Experience influencing, relationship building and collaboration at global and cross-functional levels
