Sr. Analyst, Content Production, Self-Service

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for enhancing our use of guided content. In partnership with our content architect, you will be responsible for finding new ways to reach our target personas, who range from highly technical, to business users.

You will:

* Create guided experiences for prospects and customers
* Leverage written content and video content to increase product engagement
* Track success and adapt to changes in engagement with guided content

Essential Requirements

* Technical background in software development, coding, or similar.
* Experience communicating with a technical audience, via text or video.
* Ability to learn GUI based software tools quickly.
* Ability to make recommendations for next actions in a data-driven way.
* Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure any guide and content is aligned with the Boomi brand guidelines, Product Marketing best practices, UX/UI teams, and others as necessary

Desirable Requirements

* Strong experience creating original video content for technical users
* Deep understanding in current trends in SaaS
